Steel, to its employees in 2016. She remains actively engaged as a member of the Board of Directors, drawing upon her extensive business acumen and leadership skills.

Michelle's academic background includes a BS in Accounting, coupled with a successful career as a Financial Accounting Manager at various esteemed companies across the United States and a university in London, England. Her dedication to community service is evident through her involvement in numerous non-profit organizations in Tucson, a tradition she continues in Southern California, where she currently resides in the vibrant community of La Jolla Village.
